Charlotte Harmon

I’m Charlotte Harmon, founder of Harco Group, and I’ve spent more than 25 years in talent acquisition helping companies build stronger, smarter teams. My focus is professional and executive search for manufacturers across the U.S., especially those who design, manufacture, or distribute technology and equipment in Industrial & Enterprise Networking, Industrial Automation, Process Automation, and related markets.

Throughout my career, I’ve built long-term partnerships by taking a triangulated approach—aligning hiring managers, HR or internal talent teams, and our search experts so every search is collaborative, transparent, and positioned for success.
